A Disclaimer
While every effort was made to conduct a resource survey in the larger hub towns and bigger cities, we recognize that we may have missed some resources, have resources listed that have since changed or gone away or inadequately represented the scope of practice of agencies or providers. The task to cover every village, community or town was impossible. CoDI takes full responsibility for any such oversight. We encourage any user of this manual to make additions, deletions or changes based upon their experience and relationship with community providers. This was an effort made with moving targets and changing names and faces. The idea remains sound though, to attempt to provide a quick reference booklet for families and providers to facilitate better partnership and greater family involvement and control of the treatment of our children and youth.
